Rachel Bernabe is a dedicated advocate for the Philippine community and a professional in destination marketing with extensive experience in communications, marketing, public relations, and social media. She is passionate about tourism and community empowerment, skilled in communication, and committed to fostering bilateral relationships.

Rachel is a proud, long-standing member of the Philippine Cultural Society (PCS) and the ACT Filipino Australian Social & Cultural Association (ACTFA-SCA). She is especially committed to youth involvement in the community and ensuring that young people stay connected to their heritage, no matter where they live.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Communication in Public Relations and a Bachelor of Event and Tourism Management from the University of Canberra, both obtained in 2020. She has also pursued additional qualifications, including a Writing for Content Marketing course from the Association for Data-Driven Marketing and Advertising (2022) and a Diploma of Government from Wisdom Learning (2021).
