Community service has been part of Emcille’s life since childhood, shaped by the people around her who showed what it means to give back. Since moving to Australia in 1999, she has supported multicultural communities in the Northern Territory through education, community projects, events and the arts. She continues to help lift community voices and strengthen connection across different groups.

In the next 2 years with FILCCA, she hopes to help build a national hub of information and support that brings Filipinos together and shows Australians that our Filipino communities are strong, active, and present on a national level.
